What is included

What is not included

• Custom design, brand identity, or logo design.
• Email setup or migration.
• Domain registration or renewal costs.
• SEO campaigns, paid ads, blog writing, or ongoing content marketing.
• Client portals, booking systems, ecommerce, payment processing, or integrations.
• New pages, unlimited revisions, or unlimited edits.
• Legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or regulatory advice.

Client responsibilities

The client gives accurate facts and approves the final website copy before launch. This includes service descriptions, professional claims, qualifications, testimonials, pricing statements, contact details, and any tax/accounting wording.

We do not invent credentials, reviews, client results, certifications, testimonials, or guarantees.

Revisions and monthly edits

The beta includes one pre-launch revision round for factual corrections, minor wording changes, service order changes, contact details, supplied image/logo replacement, or colourway change.

Monthly small edits include contact detail updates, short text changes, service wording updates, replacing a supplied image/logo, adding one real testimonial, or simple hours/location changes.

Unused monthly edit time does not roll over.

Domain, email, and hosting

The client owns and pays for their domain wherever possible. We help connect the domain to the site. Domain purchase and renewal costs are not included in the monthly price.

Email setup is excluded from the base beta package. Hosting and SSL are included while the client is subscribed and in good standing.

Cancellation and exit

The working rule is a 6-month minimum term, then month-to-month. If the subscription ends, hosting, edits, support, and management stop.

Working exit rule: no free export during the first 6 months. After the minimum term, static site export can be requested for a defined fee. The exact fee must be set before public terms go live.

No guarantees

The service does not guarantee new leads, search rankings, revenue, conversion rates, Google review improvement, or compliance with every professional rule.
